Acceptable use policy

The short list of things you may not do with an AndroLink connection. Everything else is your business. Effective September 2026.

Unlawful use

Do not use the service to do anything illegal under applicable federal or state law, including distributing material you do not have the right to distribute.

Harm to others

Do not send unsolicited bulk email, run or host malware, scan or attack networks you do not control, or spoof addresses. Do not use the service to harass, threaten or defraud.

Harm to the network

Do not attempt to access our management systems, other customers' connections, or equipment we operate. Do not announce addresses you have not been assigned. Report a security concern to [email protected] and we will thank you for it.

Resale

Service is for the business at the installed address. Sharing a connection with a neighbouring business is fine when we know about it and the equipment is configured for it; reselling it as your own service is not.

Enforcement

We contact you first. Where a connection is actively harming others we may rate-limit or suspend it while we reach you, and we restore it as soon as the issue is resolved. Repeated or deliberate violations end the service.
